Custom Puma (inspired by Blumarine)
A special project comissioned to be a gift for the mother of a dear friend of mine. Mother’s love transported me to my memories of my own mother’s fashion past (a crucial part of my constant inspiration) and her love of Anna Molinari’s Blumarine specially suring the 1990s. Her floral prints were unbeatable and something that works in perfectly shocking contrast against a moder sneaker like the Puma Free Rider. Besides from the print, the hand stiched satin flowers are key to give this “mash-up” the ultimate vintage-ish look. A special gift for a special person inspired by very special times.
